The Direction assumes in first person the responsibility of Quality Management for the "DESIGN, MANUFACTURE AND MARKETING OF PYROTECHNICAL MATERIAL" and, in order to supply products that fully satisfy the needs of external and internal customers with maximum efficiency, exposes the following Quality Policy on which the Quality Management System is based, and which will be periodically reviewed through the Management System Review.

At RICASA we work with enthusiasm to transmit beauty and emotion through fireworks, exploiting the joy and pleasure that their sounds and colors inspire. This can only be achieved by manufacturing pyrotechnic material that meets the quality requirements set, counting at all times on the commitment of our employees and the collaboration of our suppliers.

We declare that the pillars on which our work must be sustained daily are:

• Reach the satisfaction of clients and other interested parties, based on the fulfillment of their needs and legal and regulatory requirements
• Continuously improve, taking advantage of the human and technical resources of the company, for an adequate management, competitiveness, internal communication and effectiveness of our quality system of the processes of our activity.

• Identify the risks and opportunities that need to be addressed to achieve intended results, increase desirable effects, and prevent or reduce undesired effects and achieve continuous improvement.
• Commitment to compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and other applicable requirements.

This quality policy is specified in the achievement of the quality objectives established by the Management.
